Larry Downes is an independent consultant, lawyer and teacher. In nearly twenty years of professional practice, he has worked with leading consulting firms, including Andersen Consulting, McKinsey & Co., and CSC, where he managed large-scale information systems development, emerging technology research, and strategy development on behalf of leading global businesses.
